McDonald’s patrons in Northern Kentucky will have a chance to raise money for local high school athletic programs next week by purchasing meals through the McDonald’s app.
This will be the second year local franchise owners have contributed to McDonald’s High School Sports Digital Fundraising Day. The event will see 10% of all sales on Sept. 26 made through the McDonald’s app donated to 261 schools in Ohio and Kentucky.
Northern Kentucky beneficiaries include Walton-Verona High School, Scott High School, Campbell County High School, Bishop Brossart High School and Larry A. Ryle High School. All participating schools will receive at least $250.
“We are proud to have these connections in the communities that we serve,” said local McDonald’s Owner and Operator Erica Shadoin.
