SHP, an architecture, design, and engineering firm, announced the promotion of Jacob Faiola and Tom Pof to the positions of principal and associate principal, respectively.
The architecture, engineering and interior design firm is headquartered in Cincinnati with an office in Bellevue.
As the director of engineering, Faiola leads the mechanical, electrical and plumbing teams. In his new role, he will continue to oversee the engineering team and contribute to growing the SHP portfolio of engineering-focused projects. Faiola has been with the firm for over eight years and has been a practicing mechanical engineer for over 12.
Pof joined SHP in 2016 and has over 38 years of experience as an electrical designer. His experience spans from amusement parks and learning environments to banks and retail environments. In his new role, he will continue to lead the firm’s electrical practice and become more involved in developing key relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring the continued growth of the engineering service sector.
