Norfolk Southern Railway announced that it will be conducting repairs for the Stevenson Road railroad crossing located in Erlanger next week.
Specifically, Norfolk Southern will be replacing ties and resurfacing the road. The crossing will be closed to all traffic until all work is complete. This work is being performed by the railroad company.Â
The closure will kick off on Monday, July 8, and be in place until Friday, July 12, or until work is complete.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 6 Office is advising motorists to use an alternate route during the closure. If the work is extended, the agency will provide an update on its District 6 roadshow and social media accounts.
