Former University of Louisville basketball star Russ Smith will be at Midway Café for a special release and signings from his bourbon company, Mr. & Mrs. Bourbon Company.
The brand is releasing 1,000 bottles of the limited edition “VILLE” bottles as a part of Mr. & Mrs. Bourbon Company’s sponsorship of the upcoming TBT regional tournament July 19-24 at Freedom Hall. The bourbon is only available at six locations across Kentucky, along with a custom-labeled TBT single barrel.
Smith will be signing bottles at each location on dates leading up to the start of the tournament and said that other players will be joining him.
Bottles are currently available at Midway Café, and on July 2, Smith will sign bottles and give samples at Midway Café from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The bourbon is only available while supplies last. A limited number of the TBT single barrels will be available online here.
