The City of Covington announced it would close streets over the weekend in recognition of two celebrations.
Some sections of two roads will be temporarily closed to through traffic during the events. Off-duty law enforcement officers hired by the event organizers will manage the closures.
Juneteenth
Friday, June 14 at 8 a.m. to Sunday, June 16 at 8 p.m.
- Greenup Street roundabout will be closed.
Community & Culture Craft Market
Saturday, June 15 at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Fisk Street between Watkins and Martin Luther King Blvd. will be closed.
