The Northern Kentucky Young Professionals announced the finalists for the Next Generation Leader award on Friday.
“These impressive individuals have been selected by a panel of community leaders from applications submitted by young professionals across the region,” according to a news release from the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
The awards recognize young professionals under 40 for significant professional accomplishments within their chosen professional field and their commitment and contributions to the community.
“The Next Generation Leader Awards are a fantastic opportunity to highlight the incredible impact that young professionals are making in our region every day,” said Jimmy Beatrice, benefits advisor at Business Benefits, Inc. and chair of Northern Kentucky Yong Professionals. “Year after year, this event honors and celebrates the multitude of talent that we have right here in Northern Kentucky and serves as a reminder that we are in good hands with the next generation of local leaders.”

Finalists represent young professionals in eight categories based on their primary job responsibilities across several industries. Applications were scored by a panel of 16 judges comprised of industry and community leaders.
The three highest-scored applications in each category are recognized as finalists, and the top score will be honored as the category winner.
Winners will be announced during an awards ceremony on July 11 at the Madison Event Center in Covington from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Cost is $50. Get more information here.
