 The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 6 Office announced a daytime temporary road closure on KY 1486, or Fowler Creek Road, in Kenton County.
The project is set to begin on Monday, May 13, as part of a safety improvement maintenance project. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by Friday, May 17.
Crews will complete a cross culvert repair, mowing, ditching and other various safety improvements.
Crews will work on KY-1486 between Stephens Road and Cox Road. Throughout the maintenance timeframe, a temporary road closure will be in place on this section of KY-1486 during working hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. All lanes will reopen at 6 p.m.
Residents will have access during the closure. Signage is in place to inform motorists of the upcoming work.
