The entrance to Cox Avenue from Donaldson Highway, or KY Route 236, in Boone County will close from 8 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, to about 6 p.m. on Friday, April 19. The closures are related to the ongoing widening of KY-236.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 6 recommends drivers going north to take KY 3076, Mineola Pike, to Jamike Avenue before returning to Cox Avenue. Southbound drivers should take Donaldson Highway to KY 717, Turfway Road, to Cox Avenue.
