Kenton County Public Works began a multi-part resurfacing project in various parts of unincorporated Kenton County on Monday.
“The project will begin with pipe replacement work on Bird Road, as well as Callant Road” said an announcement on the county’s social media pages. “Once complete, workers will move onto pavement repairs and resurfacing on Bird Road, Callant Road, Gleason Road, as well as portions of Pruett Road and Wynewood Trail.”
Pipe replacement will begin this week, and then Public Works will transition to asphalt work in April. The work has a preliminary scheduled completion date of Friday, May 31. A representative from the county stated that most of the work will occur during daylight hours.
The county will send out additional announcements on social media if scheduling changes. Drivers should follow all appropriate signs to circumnavigate the construction.
