The Kenton County Local Board of Health is now accepting sealed sale bids for the Northern Kentucky Health Department building in Covington, located at 2002 Madison Ave. The building is currently listed as surplus property.
The board will accept sealed sale bids until noon on Thursday, May 9. All bids must be clearly labeled as “Sale of Surplus Property” on the outside of the envelope and sent to the health department’s main office at 8001 Veterans Memorial Dr. in Florence.
