The Campbell County Office of Emergency Management has issued a level one travel advisory; Kenton County has also issued a level one snow emergency.
This travel advisory and snow emergency notices are intended to notify Campbell and Kenton County residents of hazardous road conditions. Both counties advise cautious driving.
This travel advisory and snow emergency will be effective until further notice.
Director of the Campbell County Office of Emergency Management, William R. Turner, urges motorists to use extreme caution should travel be necessary. Turner noted that road conditions are expected to worsen this evening.
