The Independence branch of the Kenton County Public Library will host two sessions on the basics of LinkedIn: one on Wednesday, Oct. 11, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and the other on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Designed for “absolute beginners,” according to marketing materials from the library, the workshop will explore the LinkedIn user interface, the mechanics of posting and networking on the site and advice for crafting a profile. Students may bring their own laptops to the session, or they may use the computers available at the library.
