Covington law firm DBL Law’s next monthly ‘Made It’ morning coffee and networking series will focus on venture capital. Representatives from two prominent Northern Kentucky venture capital firms are slated to speak.

Hosted in conjunction with Blue North and the Covington Business Council, DBL Law markets its Made It series as a “fresh networking opportunity and features a relaxed one-on-one discussion with two inspiring business owners.”

The event is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 26, at the DBL Law building located at 109 E. 4th St. in Covington. Coffee and networking kicks off at 8:30 a.m. and lasts through 9. After that, the two featured speakers will give their presentations that will last until 9:30. An additional networking block commences directly afterward and will last until 10.

The two featured speakers are:

• Brad Zapp – co-founder and chief financial officer of Connetic Ventures.

• Chad Summe – founder and managing partner of eGateway Capital.
