The Walton Fire Protection District is seeking to fill a full-time firefighter/EMT position within the department.
Starting base pay is $50,000, with a $4,300 state incentive for qualifying personnel. Health, dental and vision insurance is offered to the employee and family, and life insurance, long/short-term disability and critical illness insurance are provided to the employee at no cost, according to the Fire Protection District.
Minimum qualifications include a favorable background check, a current Kentucky Emergency Medical Technician license and Kentucky Firefighter Certification.
