The Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky has added a number of stops along its route from the transit hub in Florence to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport, according to a recent press release from the agency.
“When TANK service adjustments take effect in August, this route will be extended south to terminate at the Florence Hub transit center on Mall Road and will have intermediate stops on Turfway Road at the Houston Road interchange,” the release said.
“People living along the Dixie Highway corridor (Florence, Elsmere, Erlanger, Crestview Hills, Lakeside Park, Ft. Mitchell) will now be able to get to the airport in about half the amount of time it takes today. Just catch a #1 or #42X to the Florence Hub to transfer to the 2X,” the bus that runs along the route, the press release continued.
