Second annual ‘Pints for Paws’ charity event happening this weekend

Protect 4 Paws, a no-kill animal shelter in Wilder, is having its annual fundraising event this week to help support its cause.

The event will be held at Paddy’s on Main on July 29 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Dogs are welcome; there will be a photo area for pictures, free food, and live music after the event starting at 8:30 p.m.

Fundraising raffle items include:

  • Mountain bike.
  • Swag baskets from liquor distributors.
  • Gift certificate to Lisse Steakhouse and Chimaek restaurant.
  • Four Lexus Diamond Club Reds tickets.
  • Gift cards from Swayne on Main, Mk Embroidery, Legacy Tattoo, Julie’s Inspiration Consignment Shoppe, Alchemy Aesthetics, Dee Felice Market, and more to come.

Other fundraising items include:

  • Split the Pot cash raffle. Half goes to the winner and half to charity.
  • Half of all draft beer sales all day will be donated.
  • Regular donations are welcome at the door.
