After announcing extensive upgrades to their softball complex last December, Thomas More University has completed renovations.
The University is hosting an unveiling ceremony for the public and media scheduled for July 6 at 4 p.m. at the complex. Its address is 333 Thomas More Parkway in Crestview Hills.
Renovations include adding turf to the outfield, turfed batting cages, two turfed bullpens, a new scoreboard, netting along the third base line, a new outfield fence with windscreen, new backstop and netting, set bleachers and concrete walkways. In addition, a new locker room and concessions building also come with the renovation.

“This upgrade confirms our commitment to elevating the reputation and brand of Thomas More Athletics as we continue our transition to the NCAA DII and to creating a student experience that is designed for success in the classroom and on the field,” said Thomas More President Joseph Chillo.
The Saints will begin competition at the Division II level in the fall, moving up from NAIA.
