On June 29, the Bellevue Police Department reported an attempt to steal two of the city’s Taylor Swift Avenue signs.
The department said a mother and two juveniles tried to steal the signs and reminded residents in a Facebook post that they were city property. The post said any theft or attempted theft of the signs would result in criminal charges.
The city put up the signs Thursday ahead of the Taylor Swift concert at Paycor stadium Friday and Saturday nights. The signs will remain in place until July 2.
