Kentucky Symphony Orchestra announces 2023 Summer Park Series

The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra is rolling out its 29th consecutive summer series of concerts in the parks starting in July.

The summer concert series will come to outdoor amphitheaters in Devou Park in Covington and Tower Park in Fort Thomas.

  • Boogie Nights, July 8 and 9: 70s music, fashion, and dancing
  • Too Hot to Handel, Aug. 5 and 6:Water park, sing-a-long, and royal fireworks
  • TV Guide, Sept. 2 and 3: Television themes and toons of the 1950s-90s

Shows run at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays at Devou Park and 7:30 p.m. Sundays at Tower Park.

Concessions and food trucks will be on-site at Devou and Tower Parks. Attendees can bring blankets, picnics, and lawn chairs. Though free to attend, volunteers at donation boxes around the concert bowls accept contributions to continue the tradition.

Parking is free. TANK shuttles will also run from the Covington Catholic parking lot to the Devou Park band shell for $1 each way.
