A pothole patching project on KY 295 (Chambers Road) in Boone County is beginning Thursday, June 1, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 6 Office.
Road crews will be working from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 1 and on Friday, June 2. Traffic will be stopped incrementally, for approximately 15 minutes at a time, in each direction to allow road crews to complete pothole patching operations. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic.
The KYTC advises drivers to find an alternative route to avoid potential delays. Drivers should be aware of construction equipment, personnel, and slowed or stopped traffic throughout the project limits.
