Covington’s House of Orange has closed indefinitely, according to a note taped to the front door of the bar and grill.
The note reads, “Thank you for all our patrons who have shared memories with us over the past few years. The House of Orange is closed indefinitely.”
On Google, House of Orange is listed as “permanently closed.” The bar’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, which are their most active social media, have not been updated since March. As of now, the bar hasn’t publicly addressed their closure.
The bar, which is situated at 433 Johnson St. in MainStrasse, opened in June 2017 and has a theme inspired by the Cincinnati Dutch Lion soccer club. The bar often hosted watch parties for FC Cincinnati MLS matches, as well as Cincinnati Bengals games.
