It’s going to be a windy one. Severe weather is expected to make its way through the Northern Kentucky area tonight.

According to the National Weather Service, between 10 p.m. Friday and 4 a.m. Saturday, “damaging straight line winds” will affect the area, with some gusts predicted to exceed 70 mph.

There is also a chance of isolated tornadoes throughout the night.

With this possibility, the NWS suggests making a plan as to how you are going to receive updates on severe weather throughout the night.
