A 10-day inspection of the Brent Spence Bridge that began Monday will cause lane closures Tuesday, with rolling closures expected throughout the inspection.

Crews from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 6 started the inspection Sept. 12, and they are scheduled to finish on Sept. 22.

On Tuesday, the northbound left lane of the bridge will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. as crews conduct pipe inspections on I-75.

Crews will then conduct a second inspection on I-75 southbound at mile marker 175. The right shoulder will be closed while the inspection is underway.

KYTC advises that motorists should pay attention to roped personnel, crews and equipment.
