Villa Madonna Academy Elementary School students surprised their principal with a celebration of her 25 years of service this week.

Students at the Villa Hills school threw a surprise ceremony for Principal Soshana Bosley, offering her a song, video, and a proclamation from Mayor Heather Jansen, who declared Tuesday, May 24 as Mrs. Bosley Day in Villa Hills.

Bosley first served as a teacher with the academy, and in 2007 she took on the role of principal. Her history with the school predates her service as an educator, though. She was a student of Villa Madonna Academy for 14 years, starting in preschool. She graduated from the school 1991.
