More than 1,900 students will receive diplomas this weekend at Northern Kentucky University’s commencement ceremonies.

Salmon P. Chase College of Law students will graduate Friday, May 6, and all other colleges will graduate Saturday, May 7.

The law ceremony is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday; the ceremony for students in the colleges of education, arts and sciences, and informatics is at 9 a.m. Saturday; students in the Haile College of of Business and the College of Health and Human Services will receive diplomas at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval and graduating senior Elise Bezold will address students at the morning ceremony on Saturday. Graduating senior Lillian Gamel and M&T Bank Corporation president and COO Emerson L. Brumback will speak at the afternoon ceremony.

Judge John Nalbandian of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit will give the commencement address for the Chase College of Law, and he will also received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
