Suds-slingers from Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati competed Monday at Molly Mallone’s in Covington to prove who had the perfect pour during the Guinness Perfect Pour contest.
Bartenders and stout lovers alike were challenged to provide the perfect pour of the dark, frothy stout. Judges determined the winners and sold the perfect pints in an auction.
Adam Bass from Cincinnati’s MOTR Pub earned the title of “Guinness Perfect Pour Bartender of the Year” by pouring the perfect Guinness pint while going up against 32 other stout-pouring contenders. The event raised over $1,800 for charity.
