The Kentucky Symphony Orchesting is closing its 2022 Summer Park Series with a tribute to three iconic Rat Pack crooners – Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr.

The KSO’s Rat Pack features three local singers/entertainers that can be heard with groups around town: Dan Radank as Sinatra, Mickey James as Martin, and Corey Tucker as Davis Jr.

A band will back the group, playing many of the original recorded arrangements by Nelson Riddle, Marty Paich and Quincy Jones, along with some adaptations of other originals by long-time KSO arranger and orchestrator Terry LaBolt.

Northern Kentuckians can join the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra to watch the Rat Pack stand-ins at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3 at Devou Park in Covington, and on Sunday, Sept. 4, at 7:30 p.m. in Tower Park in Fort Thomas. The Sunday show will be live-streamed at kyso.org.

Concessions and food trucks will be available at both Devou Park and Tower Park. TANK bus is offering shuttles from Covington Catholic High School at the Devou Park show for $1 each way. Parking for both events is free.

Organizers are encouraging guests to donate $5 per person, and to bring lawn chairs, picnics and blankets.
