The Fort Wright Plant Swap & Sale will return this Friday and Saturday, May 15 and May 16.
“The Plant Swap and Sale is BACK and better than ever!” according to an announcement from the city. “Divide your perennials and bring them to swap, or just come and buy some beautiful plants that have been grown in your neighbor’s gardens!”
The event will take place in the fire department bays at the Fort Wright City Building on Kyles Lane. You can swap out your plants on Friday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. or Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Swapped out plants can be exchanged for so-called “Dirty Bucks,” which you can spend during the actual plant sale on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon.
