The City of Erlanger has announced the music lineup for this year’s Summer Sendoff, which serves as the largest annual community event in the city. Last year’s event drew nearly 6,000 attendees, according to a press release from the city.
“Summer Sendoff has become a signature community gathering, often described by attendees as a ‘block party–style festival,’ featuring live music, food trucks, family-friendly entertainment, and a fireworks show,” according to the city.
This headliner will be Nashville-based rock and soul band Brother Maven. Indianapolis-based alt-rock band Dream Slice will serve as the night’s opener.
The event will take place at Silverlake Park on Saturday, September 19. A 5K walk will take place in the morning from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and the event itself will begin at 4 p.m. and go until 10 p.m.
