Covington-based nonprofit The Point/Arc is set to host its ‘Perk the Halls’ holiday market at the organization’s Point-Perk coffee shop.
The event — slated for Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. — will feature nine local vendors, most of whom previously participated in Covington’s summer farmers market. A student string trio from Northern Kentucky University will provide live music. Point-Perk is located at 45 W. Pike St. in Covington.
“We’ll just call this a cozy event that showcases our coffee shop and shows the public what we do,” Point-Perk General Manager Rachelle Ungerman said in a news release. “We’re gathering local community members and showing off our fabulous shop and show people what we do here at The Point/Arc.”
Additionally, the Zembrodt Education Center’s Market Place will feature and sell items made by students participating in its entrepreneurial program. The Point Apparel Shop will have holiday shirts available in different sizes.
