It’s giving season, and FUEL NKU is hosting the eighth annual Friendsgiving.
The on-campus food pantry has created the yearly tradition to support students, faculty and staff who may not be able to make it home for Thanksgiving. Though the dinner is free, attendees are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items to donate. NKU’s Care Closet will also be on site to provide free winter weather items, including coats, hats, gloves, scarves and more.
The Friendsgiving event is Nov. 24, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the NKU Student Union Ballroom.
