Dayton’s Sargeant Park reopens with $130k in upgrades

The Dayton Park Board hosted the Sargeant Park grand “re-re-opening” over the weekend.

Sargeant Park is a wooded property owned by the city of Dayton, located at 999 Covert Run Pike. The park has recently undergone a $130,000 upgrade of its trails and buildings.

You can visit the park on Covert Run or use one of the gravel lots along Lincoln Road for easy parking. The park is open from dawn to dusk daily and is open to the public.
