Grab your furry friend, “Dog Day” is returning to Alexandria Community Park.
One Aug. 21, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., bring your dogs and join the city for an evening full of fun at the park. There will be an off-the-leash play area, an agility course, pet contests, pet vendors and prizes.
There will also be concessions featuring Alexandria Brewing Company, Papa Pat’s Hotdogs, Dreamys Ice Cream and more.
Admission is free, but donations are requested to help local shelters:
- Dog treats or food
- Paper towels
- Laundry detergent
- Puppy pee pads
