Coppin’s Walk-Up Window and Coppin’s Alley are now open for business.
Coppin’s, located at 638 Madison Ave. inside Hotel Covington, will serve chicken and beef tacos, sweet potato tacos, chips, salsa, guacamole, cookies, Graeter’s Ice Cream cups and sodas from the walk-up window.
The walk-up window is open on Thursday from 9 to 11 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Hotel Covington’s website says Coppin’s Walk-Up is “committed to culinary excellence and innovations, using the finest locally and globally sourced ingredients.”
