Kenton County’s annual Senior Citizen’s Fall Harvest is quickly approaching.
The Kenton County Fiscal Court is hosting the harvest on Sept. 19 from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The picnic will be held at the Kenton County Fairgrounds with access and parking located off of Harris Pike in Independence.
Admission to the event costs $10 per person plus tax for residents 55 years or
older. The price includes refreshments, a boxed lunch, entertainment from the Twi-Lites and door prizes. Tickets are limited, and will be available Aug. 1 through Sept. 13.
Tickets can be purchased online at this link or in-person at the Kenton County
Public Works Office, located at 420 Independence Station Road in Independence.
