The Beechwood Independent Public Schools Board of Education recognized the student winners of their spirit wear design contest at the board’s meeting Monday night.
The contest, done in partnership with Cincy Shirts, challenges the students to create district-themed T-shirts. The winners were fourth graders in Miss Chaiken’s class and fourth graders in Miss Klare’s class. The designs are below.

“It’s a great opportunity for our kids to go through a challenge with a business partner and actually know what it takes to, number one, create a design, a proof of concept, all the way to the final product,” said Beechwood Superintendent Mike Stacy at Monday’s meeting.
Shirts are available for purchase at cincyshirts.com and at all Cincy Shirts retail locations. A portion of all purchases benefits the school district.
