A local fourth grader noticed his school didn’t have a flag showing their school pride and stepped up to the plate to create one.

Kase, a student in Mrs. Pieper’s fourth-grade class, designed Goodridge Elementary Schools’ first flag. Mrs. Pieper then found a shop to print it for him.

“Kase, we admire your talent, leadership and love for Goodridge,” tweeted the School Tuesday.
