If you are looking for somewhere to take your Christmas tree once the holidays are over, Campbell County has you covered. Residents can drop off live, undecorated trees to Pendery Park for fish habitat in lakes across the state.
The 2022-2023 Christmas tree recycling program is scheduled for Dec. 26 through Jan. 15 at Pendery Park, located at 4113 Williams Lane in Melbourne.

In addition to tree recycling, the county also offers holiday light recycling at multiple locations from Dec. 1 through Feb. 1.
Residents can find drop-off barrels at the following locations:
