The third honor flight this year will take off Tuesday at 7:40 a.m., but will begin with a send-off ceremony at 5:35 a.m.
The honor flight will then return at approximately 8:35 p.m. and a welcome home reception will begin at 9.
Honor flight gives back to veterans who served the United States by taking them to see their memorial in Washington D.C. for free.
Both the send-off ceremony and welcome home reception will be held on the lower level of CVG Airport in the welcome point area.
