The City of Florence Police Department will hold an Easter candy drive-thru event on Saturday, April 16, rain or shine.
The event, sponsored by the police department, will be held from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
The first 1,000 children will receive Easter treats. The free event will be held at the Florence Government Center, 8100 Ewing Boulevard in Florence.
Participants can enter at the Aquatic Center entrance and remain in their vehicles.Â
