Dale Silver, vice president of client services at C-Forward, a local IT company and business community leader, announced her retirement this week.

She will conclude her time at the company on Jan. 15.

“Throughout her career, Dale has exemplified C-Forward’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships,” said Brian Ruschman, president of C-Forward.

“Dale has been the heart of our client relationships for many years,” said Brent Cooper, CEO of C-Forward. “Her leadership, wisdom and unwavering commitment to serving others have shaped who we are as a company. While we’re excited for her as she begins this new chapter, her presence will be deeply missed.”

As head of client services, Silver was responsible for managing client relationships and customer service. She also helped manage about $1 million in philanthropic dollars.

In addition to her work at the company, Silver has also been active in the local business community. She served as a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee, was the chair of Leadership Northern Kentucky (also a chamber initiative) and was co-founder of the Northern Kentucky Chamber Women’s Initiative. She’s also served on several nonprofit boards of directors.

“As I take this next step, I’m grateful to God, who has blessed my life in so many ways,” said Silver. “I’m filled with gratitude for everyone who has been part of my journey.”
