BE NKY Growth Partnership has added five members to its board of directors.

BE NKY is governed by a 23-member board of directors made up of volunteer business and community leaders.

Boone County Judge/Executive Gary Moore and the Boone County Fiscal Court appointed CVG CEO Larry Krauter to a term ending June 30, 2027. Kenton County Judge/Executive Kris Knochelmann and the Kenton County Fiscal Court appointed Blue North Executive Director Dave Knox and eGateway Capital Managing Partner Chad Summe to three-year terms.

On March 10, the BE NKY board approved the appointments of STEP CEO Ed Walton and P.L. Marketing President Nick Basch to three-year terms. The board also named Anna Wright, vice president of marketing and communications at Prysmian North America, as board secretary.

Five board members completed their terms:

  • Jim Dressman, partner at DBL Law
  • Dr. Fernando Figueroa, president of Gateway Community and Technical College
  • Rich Elwell, vice president of commercial management at CVG
  • Normand Desmarais, founding partner at TiER1 Performance
  • Garren Colvin, president and CEO of St. Elizabeth Healthcare

“We are grateful to the five influential leaders from a variety of Northern Kentucky industries who completed their terms and welcome these new board members who bring a fresh perspective to our work and mission,” BE NKY CEO Lee Crume said in a news release. “Our board members serve an important role in guiding the direction of our company, and this role is important as we continue to grow and launch our next Build + Elevate NKY Investor Campaign.”

During their time on the board, Dressman held several leadership roles, including board chair, and Desmarais served as secretary.
