Hemmer Construction, a construction firm out of Fort Mitchell, is welcoming a new director of business development, John Greiwe, into its ranks.
Greiwe will be responsible for expanding Hemmer’s portfolio and work into new sectors, specifically healthcare, mixed-use, multifamily, retail and institutional construction, according to a press release from the company.
“He’s here to help us grow,” said Paul W. Hemmer Jr., CEO of Paul Hemmer Company, Hemmer Construction’s parent company. “He understands how to connect strategy, relationships and execution. That ability to see the full picture—and act on it—is what will help us expand into new sectors and continue building the right opportunities.”
Greiwe is an architect with nearly three decades of experience. He most recently served as the president of Greiwe Development Advisors, where he “provided real estate development advising and strategic business consulting for investors, business owners and nonprofit organizations,” according to the company.
“I’ve always believed the best opportunities come from strong connections and a clear understanding of what clients are trying to achieve,” said Greiwe. “Hemmer Construction Company has the team and capabilities to deliver. My focus is to build on that foundation, open new doors and help drive meaningful growth.”
