Lexington-based steakhouse Malone’s is set to open inside the former Taste of Belgium storefront within the Crestview Hills Town Center.
Malone’s, which is under the Bluegrass Hospitality Group umbrella, has five locations in Kentucky and Tennessee, including three in Lexington, one in Louisville and another in Chattanooga.
The Crestview Hills Town Center announced the addition of Malone’s in a Facebook post.
“This location has been a long time in the making,” Malone’s co-founder Brian McCarty said in a Facebook post. “We’ve patiently waited for the right opportunity and property to expand Malone’s in a way that honors the brand while delivering what our guests want. Our approach has always been disciplined vs. rapid growth, focusing on the markets and partners who align with our brand.”
Malone’s menu is diverse, offering prime steaks, fresh seafood, signature sushi and a wide selection of beverages.
The restaurant space has been vacant since Taste of Belgium closed in September 2024.
As of now, no official opening date has been confirmed.
