A longtime executive at Fort Mitchell-based Hemmer Construction announced his impending retirement after 37 years with the company.

Jack Levermann, who was hired in 1988 as a marketing manager, went on to hold a series of leadership roles, including regional manager and vice president of real estate and business development. Over his nearly four-decade career, Levermann’s work spanned leasing, development, construction sales and advisory services.

“I’ve always believed in putting relationships first and trying to solve problems for our clients, trusting that the business would follow,” Levermann said in a news release. “My hope is that I’ve contributed, in some small way, to the culture of trust that Hemmer has built within the company and the community. It’s been a privilege to work alongside so many talented people and great clients over the years.”

In the same news release, Hemmer Construction CEO Paul Hemmer commended Levermann’s contributions to the company.

“Jack’s impact on Paul Hemmer Company goes far beyond any single project or title,” Hemmer said. “For 37 years, he has led with integrity, humility and an unwavering commitment to our clients and our people. He built trust, strengthened relationships and helped shape the culture that defines who we are today. We are deeply grateful for his many contributions and wish him nothing but the best in this next chapter.”
