Molly Costello, a longtime member of Otto’s Hospitality Group, has been named a partner.

Costello first joined Otto’s in 2008 as a server while attending culinary school. She later transitioned to the kitchen, where she rose through the ranks and was eventually named chef.

She played a role in the group’s expansion, including the 2015 opening of Frida 602 and, more recently, the launch of Mama’s on Main in 2022. That same year, she was promoted to vice president.

“Molly has dedicated years to our company and we are thrilled to call her partner.
She has been an integral part of our growth, and we look forward to the future
with her by our sides,” co-owner Emily Wolff said in a news release. “I knew when Molly walked through the doors of Otto’s 18 years ago that she was going to be an amazing addition. Now she truly is part of our restaurant group and more importantly, part of our restaurant family.”

Otto’s Hospitality Group operates several restaurants in Covington’s MainStrasse Village neighborhood, including its namesake Otto’s, the aforementioned Mama’s on Main, and Frida 602, in addition to The Standard and Larry’s Dive Bar.
