The third annual Black Employer Showcase & Talents will take place this week as part of Northern Kentucky University’s Black History Month programming.
Known as B.E.S.T., this career fair is designed to connect minority students, alumni and community members with local minority-owned/led businesses and major corporations seeking diverse talent. The event aims to foster equity in the workplace by increasing minority representation in internships and early-career roles.
The event is made possible through a partnership of NKU’s Office of African-American Initiatives and the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
Black Employer Showcase & Talents will take place this Feb. 13, from 12 to 4 p.m. in the NKU Student Union Ballroom.
