Nathan Smith, a Fort Mitchell resident and co-founder of Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust, is set to be inducted into the national Recreational Vehicle/Manufactured Housing Hall of Fame.
Flagship Communities REIT operates 81 communities across the midwestern and southern United States. Smith co-founded the business with Kurt Keeney in 1995. Today, Flagship is one of the largest manufactured housing operators in the Midwest.
“We are proud of Nathan Smith’s 29-year career in manufactured housing,” Flagship CEO Kurt Keeney said in a press release. “Nathan has been a driving force for quality manufactured housing on both the local and national level. This is a well-deserved honor.”
The Recreational Vehicle/Manufactured Housing Hall of Fame awards will be held on Monday, August 19 at the RV/MH events center at 21565 Executive Parkway, Elkhart, In.
