The third Boardwalk Residences building at Newport’s Ovation development is set to be constructed by Fort Mitchell-based Paul Hemmer Construction.
Ovation is a nearly 25-acre, five city block equivalent urban, mixed-use development situated at the confluence of the Ohio and Licking Rivers in Northern Kentucky.
The Boardwalk Residences is three luxury condominium buildings, each with five floors, facing the Ohio Riverfront. In total, the Boardwalk Residences will feature 88 condos.
Covington-based Corporex, the project’s master developer and construction manager, hired Hemmer Construction Company as the primary contractor for this building. The new building will feature 32 single units within floors two through five and two guest suites for visitors of The Boardwalk Residences. Additionally, more than 12,000 square feet of retail space will be available on the first floor.

Construction is scheduled to start as soon as possible and is slated for completion by the end of 2025.
