The gaming store Cerberus Den, which specializes in Dungeons & Dragons, is spreading its wings and expanding to Fort Thomas.

The store, which also specializes in crafted wood items, hosts regular Dungeons & Dragons every Friday and Saturday. Anyone can use over 2,500 miniature libraries at one of their custom-made gaming tables.

Their current location is at 1 Levee Way, Suite #2108, in Newport.

Cerberus Den invites new players, young and old, to join their Dungeons & Dragons groups. Unexperienced players are also welcome. The business said there are always experienced Dungeon Masters in hand to run games.

Games can be reserved by calling 859-962-7565 or by request on their Discord page.

Those new to a game can participate in the “Learn to Play” games and classes on things like miniature painting techniques, a hobby of painting miniature figures, or model figures. Regular events for other games like Pokemon and Flesh & Blood are also held weekly with prized leaderboards.

Another gaming option exclusive to Cerberus Den is Legends of the Den. The store describes it as an open-world-style campaign game where you get to be the main character of your story.

The store also makes custom-made gaming items available on its Etsy page.

A ribbon cutting event will be held Friday, Feb. 10, at 2 p.m. at 20 North Grand Avenue, suite #100, for the community to check out their new space and welcome them to the Fort.
